2017 Nitto ATP Finals: A Social Media Review

The world’s best tennis players descended on London for the 2017 Nitto ATP Finals and we were with them all of the way, from the launch event to finals day.

Our channels on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube had fans covered during the Nitto ATP Finals and here’s a selection of our favourite moments.

We went behind the scenes at The Tower of London for the launch event as the Nitto ATP Finals got underway.

Day 1

Roger Federer and Jack Sock kicked off proceedings…

Then Rafa Nadal was crowned year-end World No.1.

Roger Federer was in good form in his post-match press conference explaining how Jack Sock “distracted him”.

Day 2

The year-end Emirates ATP Doubles No.1 spot went to Marcelo Melo and Lukasz Kubot.

David Goffin surprised the O2 Arena crowd on Monday evening.

But some unfortunate news followed.

Day 3

We had some fun testing the players on their cockney knowledge.

And we couldn’t believe our ‘mince pies’ with some of the shots on Tuesday!

Day 4

Thanks to Ryan Harrison for running our Instagram Story for the day!

Grigor Dimitrov and David Goffin were next up..

Day 5

Jack Sock booked his place in the semi-finals…

And then Jack got a surprise package from NFL UK.

Day 6

Grigor Dimitrov was heating things up against alternate Pablo Carreño Busta.

An upset in the doubles, as Marach and Pavic took out the Bryans.

The semi-finals were locked in.

Day 7

Remember the name ‘Denis Shapovalov’, you might see him at the Nitto ATP Finals in the future!

One of the biggest stories of the week happened in Saturday afternoon’s semi-final.

Our commentary team were on hand to dissect the match.

Day 8

The game of the tournament?

Grigor Dimitrov claimed the biggest title of his career and finish the year at No.3 in the Emirates ATP Rankings.

While in the Doubles the Champions, Kontinen and Peers, retained their title.
